Having said that, let me explain further.

There are many people looking to buy a Beautiful Lake or Ocean View Lot to build a home on in Costa Rica, or to buy a Home already built with those water views and closeness. I understand, as Living with Water Views, on or close to the water is the best lifestyle in Costa Rica.

Since late 2008, I have specialized in focusing on those "water properties", to find the best values for my clients.

95% of Costa Rica "water properties" are either too remote, too expensive, or are being done by Development groups with no experience, or very little, who are under funded, making the purchase risky and troublesome, and not a good value.

NOT GENERAL REALTORS:

In Costa Rica, since there is no MLS and no licensing required of general realtors, so in theory everyone in Costa Rica can legally sell Real Estate, regardless of their qualifications and background. I actually had our cleaning lady try to sell me a house my 1st year living here. So we are not general realtors or tour guides, though we know and recommend the best in the business if you are a retail buyer.
