NOT GENERAL REALTORS:
In Costa Rica, since there is no MLS and no licensing required
of general realtors, so in theory everyone in Costa Rica
can legally sell Real Estate, regardless of their
qualifications and background. I actually had our
cleaning lady try to sell me a house my 1st year living
here. So we are not general realtors or tour guides, though we
know and recommend the best in the business if you are a
retail buyer.
